The cycle of pausing, reflecting and acting based off learnings is a central feedback loop for growth and improvement. Our ability to give and receive feedback is crucial to this, but is not an area where we traditionally focus our attention. In fact many of us shy away from these confronting conversations.
By improving this however, you are able to improve/grow/innovate/deliver faster, because you are able to learn so much quicker.
